Raw coconut date walnut energy bites

This is something I came up with when I was making Yoghurt coconut lemon pie. It’s actually made out of pie crust recipe but tastes so good that can be eaten on it’s own. And it’s a delicious pre-workout energy treat!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Mix crust recipe with lemon peel.
  2. Form balls and roll them in coconut flakes.

  1. And they taste amazing 🙂 Somehow they remind me of baklava that I haven’t had since I’ve been diagnosed with diabetes. I guess I’ve sort of found a healthier alternative…
